Another tiring week. Or a rather regular week, if you're a J2.Had 4 big tests this week and already I want to die. Two GP tests, one essay writing and one content, Bio test and Chem test. As if mugging for tests isn't already bad enough, today was the results of the 2007 'A' Levels. Here's the weekly summary: Monday: Workout for PC. The whole class is either sick and absent, sick and in school or going to be sick. GP content test and the week doesn't look that promising. High points, though: Jonathan with big, pink bunny ears and matching wreath and ice cream in GP class. Tuesday: Another workout in PC today, coupled with squash training. Entire Bio cohort thrown into chaos by the impending evil of the Test. Feeling of doom even more intensified. Wednesday: CCA open house! 100 people signed up for squash. :) The initial tryouts were today and while there was a lot of potential, it still needs to be lovingly cultivated. Nearly got thrown out of netball training while accompanying kakak Radha there. DESPITE upcoming doom of the Bio test, stayed in school until late. Dear junior Davina gave me a belated birthday present. :) At least some people care enough to give me something, no matter how late *hint hint* >:) Thursday: THE TEST. Damn glad I didn't skip Cultural Studies all this while because the people who missed two lessons got told off by Mr. Koh today. The Bio people missed about 10 minutes of the test, which was certainly valuable. I'm pretty sure I'm FINISHED, because Ms. Loh practically fed us the answers for Question 1 last Friday's remedial and I forgot. :P So much for J2 mentality. Squash today very exhausting, plus got some brain cells knocked out by an errant ball. Great, and I need those. Friday: Release of 'A' Level results. Got my Malay results back, which were exactly what I expected. Don't really give a shit about it. Managed to mortify my dear junior Davina and irritate Desmy all within an hour. Must be Psycho coming out and making her presence felt. Dashed off to see my beloved seniors and OGLs getting their results. Did I mention the Chem test, which is of course, utterly and unspeakably evil? GP was vile too. I do hate writing when not in the proper frame of mind. After all the fuss, didn't feel like going home. Sat and crapped with my ah ma Angela for a few hours. :) Can't wait until Friday, we are going eating! And next week, the so-called March holidays, will be darned busy again. Got a sports camp on Monday and Tuesday and I dunno what to pack... Labels: a level results, juniors, seniors, weekly summary |
