This post is long overdue (sorry guys) but it was meant to be crammed with photos. Unfortunately *shoots meaningful glare at empty space where my laptop used to be* my laptop has died.

Unbelievable. Less than a week after being upgraded (processor speed memory being doubled), the thing breaks down. The best part has to be that the broken bit isn't some unfathomable problem of the inner workings of the computer that only qualified computer geeks can solve but a mere mechanical problem: the charging socket fell out.
No charging socket, no charging the laptop.

Currently, this post is being hammered out on the ancient desktop in my house (which is hardly used). How ancient is it? The wretched thing is a Windows 98.

Moving on the events more bloggable, today was the 'mass dance & cheers remedial session' for the OGLs. Most people would mention the level of spirit here, but not me. I couldn't care less about trifles like this, in my most humble opinion. Let the others worry about spirit. My concern is whether they are able to perform for Orientation 1 itself.

Today, I finally mastered the 2008 batch dance. It's not so bad, in retrospect, but I do concede that there are more complicated turns and twirls then the other mass dances of JJ. An interesting blend of familiar moves like 'cats' eyes' and 'brushing hair' together with partner techniques that make the dance more sophisticated than simpler dances, like 'Superstar', for instance.

Other than that, saw Desmy for the first time all December. Can't say I missed her though *grins* But seriously, meeting up with people you haven't seen in donkey years is always great.

Tomorrow morning I'm busy again, another Dramafest meeting which clashes beautifully with another inpromptu banner painting session. I'm at my wits' end, trying to get everybody to come for these meetings, REPEATEDLY REMINDING THEM FORCEFULLY THAT THEY ARE COMPULSORY. Yes, I am shouting because I'm damn frustrated. Raah, must go and get the final script ready for the meeting.
